We are confident that you will love everything you order from us, but if something is not quite to your liking, we have a solution for you.
You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to return them. At this time, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact amount depends on the location from which the package is sent. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
1. Return
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please contact us by email and include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please make sure the product is returned in good condition and complete.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the shipping location. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. You will receive the purchase amount back via your original payment method or as a gift card, depending on the option selected when registering your return. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
