Is it possible to try the product?
Yes! A good night's sleep feels different for everyone. That's why we're giving you 30 nights to try it out.

I have placed an order. Is it possible to track it?
Yes! You can track your order using the track & trace link in your email, or you can go to the Track Your Order page
How can I apply my discount code or gift voucher?
You can use the discount code or gift card on the checkout page. The amount will be deducted from your order total. You may only use one discount code or gift card per order.

What are the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery for orders above $60. For orders below $60, a shipping fee of $2.95 applies.

When can I expect my order?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day, excluding weekends and official holidays. Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 days. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy. To track your order's status, visit our Track Your Order page
Cancellation policy
To avoid delays in shipping, we process orders as soon as they are placed. Once an order has been processed, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at Info@getwaky.com.
I have not received an order confirmation.
If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. Always check your spam, or junk mail, box if you have not received anything.

Received a damaged item?
We're sorry to hear that! In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact our service team at info@getwaky.com. We will ensure that the return process is handled as quickly and smoothly as possible.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear you have not received your order. Your parcel may be delayed by the carrier. We, therefore, advise you to check theΒ Track Your Order pageΒ first. It shows the status of the delivery.

What is the return period?
14-Days Hassle Free Returns
We are confident that you will love everything that you order from us! However, in the unlikely event that something isnβt quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us.
What are the return costs?
Return costs may vary depending on your location. However, we have local return service points in most countries, which helps minimize shipping fees and makes the process easier.
Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or colour, simply place a new order.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this could be up to 30 working days.
After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 banking days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
